We have the perfect side to your empanadas. Our Arroz con Salchichas (Rice with Sausage) is seasoned rice with Puerto Rican sofrito, sausage, ham, and olives. Our Arroz con Gandules (Rice with Pigeon Peas) is seasoned rice with Puerto Rican sofrito, pigeon peas and olives. Plain White Rice. Add Beans (beans are prepared with ham and spices) Arroz Boricua is seasoned rice with Puerto Rican sofrito, pigeon peas, chunks of Pernil, ham, sausage and olives. Rice sides come in small (8oz) and large (32oz).
