All empanadas by the half dozen are baked and only one flavor. Comes with two paired 2oz sauces or substitute with sauce of choice.

Traditional Beef Empanada: Ground beef seared and seasoned with Puerto Rican sofrito, olives and tomato sauce. Comes with Chimichurri Sauce or MayoKetchup.

Chicken Empanada: Chunks of chicken seasoned with Puerto Rican sofrito, olives and olive oil in a flaky crust. Comes with MayoKetchup.

Cheese Empanada: A blend of Mozzarella, Swiss and Cheddar cheeses melted in a flaky crust. Comes with Maple Syrup.

Sweet Potato Empanada: Sweet Potato Mash blended with cinnamon, brown sugar and spices in a flaky crust. Comes with Maple Syrup.

Sweet Potato +Black Beans Empanada: Sweet Potato Mash blended with black beans, sauteed onions, cilantro and spices in a flaky crust. Comes with Chimichurri Sauce.

Beef + Sweet Potato Empanada: All the goodness of our Traditional Beef and Sweet Potato combined into one empanada. Comes with Chimichurri Sauce or MayoKetchup.

Ham + Cheese Empanada: Ham with a mix of three cheeses and spices inside of a flaky crust... can be topped with cheese. (best when baked). Comes with MayoKetchup.
